Job Description:
As a Trilingual Executive Assistant at BSO INTERNATIONAL, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations within our dynamic environment. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative, and project-based duties, all while maintaining the confidentiality of a high-paced office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Manage professional and personal scheduling for executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the automotive industry.
Fluency in French, English, and Arabic.
Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Competent in prioritizing work and multitasking effectively.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with all other commonly used office equipment.
