Job Description:

Developing professional individual contributor role. Usually with only a few years’ experience, works on moderately complex assignments, exercising judgment within defined procedures. Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

Brief of Role Description & the Scope of work

• The production and distribution of the required service management reports at the required frequency for each respective client covered under the agreement
• Collating content for inclusion in the service management report when made available to the Reporting Team if the source is other than ServiceNow
• Service management reporting may include a combination of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports
• Appropriate and timely engagement with the respective Client Service Manager regarding any aspect of service management reporting

What You Will Be Doing  

• Analyze raw data using MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot & Power BI.
• Analyze and summarize data into graphs, charts, plots, and reports for management use in support of call centre operational and business objectives.
• Working knowledge on generating Reports
• Complete various analysis, documentation/presentation tasks with Office 365 applications Suite
• Work with cross functional team to understand the data extracted from different applications

• Complete ETL with the help of the BI Tools
• Merge, transform, manipulate and create datasets into required format for analysis.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to analysis of data.
• Research data anomalies and issues.
• Create tables, figures, listings, or other references for use in reports and presentations of analysis.

What you bring:

• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong MIS/Dashboarding skills
• Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
• High School Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any stream
