We are looking for a qualified and experienced inspector to perform inspection of drilling equipment and provide NDT services. We will only consider candidates who are in possession of an ANEM card for Ouargla State, Algeria.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform inspection of drilling equipment and NDT services Able to oversee Drill Pipe inspection services in accordance with API and DS1 procedures Perform inspection services at on/offshore installations and customer locations within Algerian territory Responsible to compile inspection reports / daily time sheet using the NOV databases Report job progress on daily basis to supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Certified in Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Visual Testing, Electromagnetic Inspection & Wall Thickness Testing Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (essential) +5 years of drilling equipment inspection experience (desirable) High School graduate (or equivalent) is essential Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
SKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE:
Able to communicate in English (essential) Able to organise/supervise an inspection crew (desirable)
Essential that you are in possession of an ANEM card for Ouargla State, Algeria.
